    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the services provided by The Dance Art School (TDAS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Registration and Eligibility

    To participate in our classes, you must complete the registration process. For students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and complete the registration on their behalf.

    3. Fees and Payments

    All fees for classes, exams, and events must be paid in accordance with the schedule provided at the time of registration. TDAS reserves the right to suspend participation if fees are not paid on time.

    4. Code of Conduct

    We strive to maintain a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment. Students and visitors are expected to treat others with respect and follow the studio rules as outlined by our instructors.

    5. Liability Waiver

    While we prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our students, dance involves physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree that TDAS is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or on our premises.

    6. Changes to Terms

    TDAS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
